Hello! I don't speak Russian, but I think this is the right place to ask for unban. I wanted to play Battlefield 4 yesterday (June 4), but since it takes a while to load a map, I wanted to play some CoD4 meanwhile. I tried joining a Zona-Ato server while Battlefield 4 was loading, and then it said "Texture hack detected" and I was banned permanently (Screenshot). None of the other servers I play (Universal Alliance Promod and CoD4 Narod) have banned me for loading Battlefield 4 in the background. I actually went to test it once more, and everything was okay. I hope you can consider unbanning me. Maybe you can look at some details of the "texture hack detection" to verify that it was Battlefield 4. I have played a lot on your server before, and my server screenshots should be perfect. If you want to, I can show you Dxtory footage that I have recorded on your server before, to prove I do not need cheats. My in-game name is Visstnok, same as here. Thanks for reading.
